The Wauzeka-Steuben School District is especially proud to offer a free, after-school program for district students. The Community Learning Center (CLC) began in 2017 as a grant-funded program through the WI-DPI.
An average of 31 students participate in the program each night. Students are fed a snack and dinner, get help with homework, enjoy fun activities, and receive van transportation to one of two designated stops at the end of the day. CLC is a wonderful opportunity for students both academically and socially!
The nightly schedule includes:
- Recess
- Snack
- Choice of homework help or special activity. Homework help is available every day.
- A second, whole group special activity
- Dinner
- Van transportation to one of two designated stops.
Parents may also pick up their children at any time.
